it goes on for a long time, very very loudly. Like i'm talking in your ears loudly, no matter where you are.
And not music or anything, just this low echo-y and sometimes click-y sound. I call it a radio signal because whenever it happens my radio just goes out, and when it finishes my radio turns back on.

a few years back there was a cougar that walked around town

there's a lot of domesticated cats in my town and nobody really cares. one cat i had spread out her litter like she was populating different areas. a couple of months later a sister of the one she left at my house reunited and then left a few days later

there's a really old dog that walks around town, walks along with anybody, and actually loving calculates when to cross the road after a car goes by
like he walks as soon as he can to where he's right next to the back bumper of a vehicle

i've heard whispers and felt watched on empty streets

A kid with my same name, and went to my same school and stuff killed himself 3 houses down from mine.

there was an old decreipt abandoned house that almost nobody actually noticed

what happened to it

in that case it might be a test of the emergency alert system
except I think those usually come with spoken words

so it's probably just something up with that particular radio station

It doesn't come from the radio station. It sounds like it comes from the street but i'm not sure.

It's not tinnitus as other people on my street have heard it.

idk its either dead or they released it somewhere

i see the occasional condom or thong on the sidewalk
there's also a bunch of stray cats i see sometimes- and they've eaten out of our trash cans before too
one time i saw an opossum next to the sidewalk, laying there while i was walking to the bus stop and when i got off the bus to walk home, it was gone
not too many weird things happen in my neighborhood

also the swat team has been here a few times in the past year, maybe twice. both times they came because some lunatic barricaded himself in a building/home

lots of meth creators/smokers and child enthusiasts come to my town for some reason
also kids in my high school (14-17yrs) are buying cigarettes, dip, weed, and vaporizers for some reason??
a lot of trees fall down for no reason
people shot, found later like one month in wierd places

there's an old dude that dresses like a cowboy like all the loving time and we're not even on the right side of the atlantic

there was also this old woman that like kept trying to find her mother, asking people if they've seen her, calling her name and stuff
haven't seen her for a while
