What is crashing me?

I'm trying to host a server, but after it's done loading the addons, it appears to crash

What's causing it?

Wot? I'm pretty sure -high, -threads, and 4 are not args.

does it crash with all addons disabled?
does it crash on a clean install?
if it's crashing because of addons, test half at a time and see which addon it is
