Man I've been trying to get a good result like this for some time now. Mind telling us what you went through to get that? It would be helpful later in the future.

I just saved the page to get the .swf then imported it directly into adobe premiere pro. After that it's just a matter of exporting as an animated gif. I can't say I'm too happy with the filesize though; 71MB seems a bit insane for a .gif. Unfortunately I can't manage to get compressed .webm's from gfycat to embed at all on these forums

I think you can't do much without reducing the colors to make it look bad, even so I can load it fine

Jesus Christ
DAAAMNNN
To put it into perspective the actual SWF file is only 2.1MB, yikes.

If anyone can manage to compress it without completely destroying the image quality they're welcome to try. I don't claim to be even remotely adept at creating .gifs. All I know is that Adobe Premiere Pro is probably one of the least efficient methods of producing .gif files, I only used it because I know how to use it

Unless badspot adds <video> support to the forums, you're out of luck.

Video files such as webm and mp4 cannot be used in an [img] tag.

The lowest I could get is 27Mb

there was video support but some forgetwipe had to ruin it for the all of us

I kinda doubted you when I saw you wanted to get 71Mb to 3Mb

I think that's pretty good as it's only 38% of the original size (the webm is 18%, for comparison).

Edit: If you wanna go any lower, you could conver the gif to APNG and hope any chrome users viewing your profile have the APNG extension
