I've had like three different debit cards, at two different banks, and there has yet to be a time when I didn't tell them what my PIN was gonna be

Its Texans Credit Union, the card its self is mastercard however when they gave me my card they said that my pin would come in the mail 90 days after activation. While i was on the phone activating it the extremely fake computerized voice told me that my pin would come in the mail in 90 days. That was ~270 days ago. Now I haven't been able to go to the bank ever because I have no transportation other than my mother who gets off work and hour after they close, and their also closed on the weekends. At some point in the next two weeks my mom gets a few days off untill then I'm fine with cash.

It's a little easier here, you mainly just need proof of where you live, birth certificate, and SSC

huh. all i need for my id is 2 identification documents, one with my date of birth and one with my photo on it, or three if no photo, one still needs my dob
