yes seeing as how her family has warned us and the way she forms sentences and plays with other people has been persistent

She does get bothered often, from what I've seen, just followed around and pestered. It's less picking on her, more poking her with a stick to she if she does something funny. The best we can do is alert an admin, like we should when generally anyone is being harassed, making a drama on every person who does it won't do much, and it'd be kind of stupid. Maybe a megathread is in order.
