I have no problem with words such as "autistic" or "handicap".  I think its loving rude to call someone who suffers from severe autism a handicap. If you're calling someone a name because they were bullying you or a friend of yours on purpose then its somewhat forgivable. Honestly, I make autism jokes left and right. But I treat sugar like a human being instead of a subhuman.
