Im currently hosting a Free-city Build (Its like a free-build except you build things that could be in a city). This player named angrybirdcorporal comes on, and seems very nice. He builds a very nice Fleeca bank (from GTA, he said), and also a nice entrance to the airport and police department i built. Yesterday, i was afk while i was eating dinner, and while i was away, he joined and built all over the roads that i built, changing colors and setting emitters.

BTW, I don't know what he means by "Once again", as far as i know, he only did that once.
stuffs like Angrybirdcorporal need to be dealt with, ive already permabanned him and if you are running a building server, do not trust this little stuff.
