Cramps you get while running are usually the result of poor breathing technique. You should look into that.

This will take a long time. And as it seems in the position that you are in, it may take longer.But i have to say one thingDon't loving quit because its hard.

my uncle was in the military so i think i first will ask him for some of the stuff they did in pt and for working out. he was forgetin' buff when he came back.
i like lifting and stuff more than i do walking. my leg muscle game is good because school gym and marching band.
also boltster, weren't you that guy who did all the lifting and stuff? can you give me some things to do with 10 lb dumbbells?
