i have always loved chicken breast lol, but the thing is the cost of it all.
I thought chicken was cheap as stuff in America? I pay $14/kg here in Aus

If you're going to bulk you need to start loving chicken breast. I've got some in the oven now. This is 1kg of chicken, which should last me 3 days.

stuff like this is super easy. Cut the really fatty bits off, cover in olive oil and season however you like (I use steak seasoning). In the oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees (f) and bam, great source of protein for 3 days.

great now im hungry

can't wait til I get a job past college where I can eat like carrots chicken and broccoli all day long

Walk, run, push things and change them with more heavier things with time, stay in movement.

I just ate mine otherwise I would take a pic. I also do 93% lean turkey burgers with no sauce or bun.

because of the drought in california, meat and poultry prices have gone up.

Would your parents help out with buying the food for your bulk then? Because being able to hit that 2800 cal mark will determine whether you're going to gain any mass

so it's mainly protein that builds muscle? yeah my mom might.

Just sign up at a gym, have the trainers there help you. tell them what you want to achieve and how hard you are willing to work to get to that goal and they will help you along the way. Just remember, working out doesnt just require physical endurance, but mental as well.

If you want to build muscle, eat a lot of protein and lift high weight - low reps. Also avoid cardio

Protein should be your focus, but don't neglect your carbs/fat either. You will probably find hitting 2800 calories a day very hard if you don't follow a good split, like 50% prot, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Carbs are especially important because they give you the energy to work out and fuel muscle repair.

i heard that the key to exercise is in the hidden waterfall cave !

For me, I like to drink protein shakes, while at the same time burning calories. What I would do is stay away from weights. If you are trying to lose weight, start by doing conditioning. It sucks, it really does. But after you do it, you'll feel plenty better. Second, I would definitely focus on diet. You cant lose weight without changing your diet. Third, I would work on Core and Chest. Your torso and up is where most of the weight is. Goodluck!

i'm not fat, i just need more muscles. i have no noticeable fat on my body.

I gained strength through protein, biking, and tree climbing. Which eventually stretched to soft parkour (which I was bad at) you should try it.

I was under the impression that he was trying to loose weight. Trying to bulk up is a whole other world, don't take that advice I gave earlier. (Cut processed stuff still, almost always it has no actual nutrient value)
