so, is the new character timmy's perfect sister or cousin or something whom we've never heard of, yet will be shilled constantly by the established characters, and have a situation that sets her up to be more mistreated and sympathetic than timmy, and is adored by the people who work on the show and steals much of the spotlight away from the other characters with a new subplot every episode that serves little purpose other than to ease the workload on a writing team that has to come up for an originalish idea for a dying show that should have ended a long time ago?
...or something?
