Obviously I vote windows 10 I feel it is factually better.

But I wanna know your opinion.

Discuss.

Windows 10 functions better, but it's privacy is stuff, so it's equal for me.

If you're not a terrorist then why is privacy an issue?

I prefer win7 but I'm not sure if I want to bother downgrading after I accidentally upgraded to win10

Why would microsoft even bother giving out your passwords? I don't understand this stigma over privacy.
Lizard squad is a non issue anyways.

the one that doesn't take your picture, sends info to windows every 15 minutes and brown townyses all text you type (which includes passwords)

i dont care about their useless gimmicks and gadgets, windows 10 is stuff
Again, if you're not a terrorist then why are you concerned you? You're acting like a baby over useless information right now.

The issue is, if ANYONE were to ever have the Microsoft server (which people have *ahem* lizard squad) Then they would have EVERYTHING of yours, your passwords, your Emails, YOUR BANK NUMBERS, YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY, your everything mang.

Everyone ignore Nomel, he's tin foiling over tech preview policy that is not in effect over consumer Windows 10 versions.

I personally think this is the dumbest loving response people give when discussing privacy issues. I'm sure you'd like to have someone leaning over your shoulder all day long as you idle away on your PC shouting loving advertisements to every little thing he thinks you take interest in.  Also knowing personal information about things you are embarrassed about or would like to hide that are harmless would grant people or companies the power to extort. Privacy is a big deal. Small business computers can also contain store data and passwords to things you would otherwise not want compromised. Computers are our modern diaries. Playing the privacy-tough-guy only makes you look like an idiot.

If I had a nickel for every time I heard this

You do realize that people have actual reasons for not liking it, right?

First off, it's an invasion of privacy regardless of whether or not you're doing something wrong. This is exactly why I haven't upgraded and I don't do anything illegal.
Second, hackers. Hackers are a huge problem in todays society and they've impersonated Microsoft before, and they can do it again. All it takes is one legitimate looking request to your computer and suddenly all your files, emails, passwords and history are in the hands of someone who could easily abuse them to exort, drain, or otherwise harm you.
Third, you're being a real ass here. Stop trying to peer pressure people into being okay with extremely invasive practices that they don't want to encourage or be a part of. You're not the only human on earth, buckoo.

It still exists, sorry.
