Author Topic: is there really a difference for 'search all words' and 'search any words'  (Read 279 times)

so something I've realized but never pointed out is that on the search menu, you get the option to 'match all words' and ''match any words'

is there any difference in this? isn't any and all pretty much the same thing? if so, why does the option exist in the first place?

Any = anything
All = Everything

any = the word only
all = any word with that word in it
