No on wants a war.
The US wants to keep soldiers in the dmz because they're getting paid by the South Korean government.
North Korea doesn't want war becuase they'd probably lose and wouldn't be able to say South Korea is afraid of attacking them.
South Korea doesn't want war because they'd probably win meaning they'd gain control of an entire nation with no rescources and no skilled workers.
