Those two look very similar but have some differences.
Beginning:

(The part at the end repeats for a long time while distorting)
End:

I'm assuming the ending is some more Morse, so it transliterates to: ...- -. . .--- .- .. . . (and) ...- -. . .--- . -. --
which translates to: VNEJAIEE (and) VNEJENM
I'm not completely sure it's Morse since some of the bars don't have the same width.
Additionally, I have no clue about the middle part (yet). I have a guess that it's related to some TV signal since the name of the file is "SBTV".

EDIT: a quick search on google revealed that this is a SSTV signal

i found that those morse codes at the end were pastebin extensions....
....which were removed by kenko.
i would have done this yesterday but my computer had problems so i had to watch the forums helplessly ponder at your ciphers.
you should either tell us what were in those pastebins or just reveal what the purpose of this was since you gave people so little time.
