Seriously, you pay extreme amounts of money only to get poor service and when you need help, they're either not there to help you or not helpful at all.

what isp are you using

Unlawful cooperation. That's why the providers in the US can increase prices, but now service quality.

because it's an internet service provider

How much do you pay and how much do you get?

switched from comcast back to att last week :cookieMonster:

Here where I live I made the biggest mistake of my life, I switched from Verizon FiOS, to Charter Spectrum Internet (Time Warner Cable Internet) and its loving terrible, yeah we got 60mbs now, but its not loving reliable at all, constant dropped connections (THROUGH ETHERNET) horrible upload speed that is 6mbs the only good thing is the wifi range is loving ridiculous but then the bad thing is they use a router/modem combo and the used all the loving power outlets in my room.

I want my FiOS back I had 50/50 Upload and Download speed...

If anyone knows something better in California let me know, I'm most likely switching back to Verizon.

Charter Spectrum Internet (Time Warner Cable Internet)
charter and time warner are two different companies...

One of the two bought one out, either Charter is now owned by TWC or Charter owns TWC, pretty sure that charter is owned by TWC now.

It was even announced to al customers that there would be changes to programming.

charter is going to buy time warner, which I didn't know at all, but it looks like it hasn't actually gone through yet

My ISP is terrible but i use it anyway because it's the only option where i live

They even have an advertisement about how you can't find a better ISP in the country because there aren't any other ISPs in the country
