I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with necrophilia anyway. nothing outside of weird religious reasons, at least
and being into kids, as gross as it is, isn't necessarily morally wrong either. the acts are, certainly, but without the special interest there wouldn't be any reason for that either

that act of rape on the other hand isn't even really related to a special interest. I mean, there is a special interest for rape, but it's definitely very uncommon for actual rape to be a result of that, specifically, rather than some other issue

probably the most forgeted part of that kind of thing is that being morbidly fat is threatening to one's health. they're literally choosing to die earlier for the sake of being lovey or whatever.
