Author Topic: Wifi goes apestuff  (Read 1163 times)

Somehow when I connected to wifi it goes well 'n stuff but after some time it goes like "nah, we disconnecting" It takes loving ages to get my internet back and when I finally got it it somehow magicly disconnects again. It works on my phone so its most likely my settings or whatever
help based blf

What router do you have?

your wifi isn't an ape. you can't just forget it and make it work, of course it would go apestuff if you tried to forget it.

Yeah that's why I always just buy one
Your can get one you know works great, and you don't have to pay the ISP like $5/month to rent theirs

no I just ran away and tried to find a friend as fast as possible

is the router black
that's why it's going ape

step one:
try multiple different computers with multiple different wifi adapters
step two:
try a hardline connection and see if it does the same thing
step three:
call the ISP and go through the steps to fix this
step four:
try your own router if the ISP has not fixed the issue

when I had time warner they gave us a modem and router combo. it had both in one machine. also phone lines
they made us pay to use wifi with it. I don't mean they made us pay to rent it, I mean we had to pay them money just to use the wifi feature of the router, in addition to paying to rent it
