But the download speed is decreased by 30x

seriously im over here stuck with 300kb/s and there is absolutely nothing i can do about it. the last thing i need is people bragging about their Internet speed yet they complain about it so much when it goes below 10mb/s or something dumb around that nature

Have you tried changing your dns? I did it with mine and got an entire Mb
