My thoughts exactly when I helped my little brother set up his xbox and his xbox live. It pissed me off that companies are allowed to charge you for service that you are already paying for or already have access too/own. I'm already paying for internet, my brother wants to play with his friends from school online and I get everything hooked up and connected.
