Spawn points/bricks won't spawn players in them.

Every spawn point I place in my server doesn't seem to spawn players, instead players are spawned in random locations like if there weren't even any spawns in the first place. I don't know if I'm missing something or if there is a conflicting addon.

Players will only use spawn bricks placed by other players if they're in a minigame, and the "Players use own bricks" is turned off.

If this is how your minigame is, then post the add-ons you have enabled.
