yeah should be fine

you could probably even go up to ~20 people no problem

the minimum requirements for bl do say 512 mb
you should be perfectly fine

I have run a Blockland server on a Anthlon XP machine with only 512mbs of ram, your good.

Your upload speed and internet bandwidth probably matters though.
