Ok guys I got this
Backstory:
The entire planet engaged in nuclear war, resulting in global nuclear fallout. People have managed to survive underground or with makeshift hazmat suits, but as supplies dried out, tensions between sections of the World Rebuilders, the remaining survivors throughout the world, raised. Eventually, they all split up. You, all of you who want to join the newly-hatched war between the multiple factions, and either destroy the rest of them or rejoin them to turn back into the World Rebuilders.

Armour Rule: Any damage inflicted to an armored enemy will have that amount subtracted from it (sorry if I stole this from someone w/out permission)
Looting Rule: Only when they're dead. If they're alive, 30% chance of success, 1% chance if nobody notices.
Fighting Rule: If you aim before firing, you'll take an extra turn, but you get a +15% Accuracy Boost. You can only attack once per turn. If you lose all of your HP, you die. You can get revived later on, but your stuff can get looted by teammates.

A 5% accuracy boost doesn't sound like enough of a bonus to make it worth a turn. Maybe something like 20%?
