I havea Samsung galaxy avant, and I don't like Iphone, but love the simplicity of iOS. Can I make my OS look like it?

That looks nothing like iOS. I was under the impression that android is highly customizable.

look for an ios icon pack if you want the icons

change the wallpaper to an ios wallpaper. what else do you want to change
