Author Topic: Suggest me the best GTX 960 <$230 (Read 885 times)

I'm looking for a small form factor (<9.7in) GTX 960 with 4GB of VRAM under $230 ($230 being my ABSOLUTE max, so $220 would be better), so far what I've found is:

My plan is to eventually put two of them in and run them in sli, I know it's a stuffty decision but I'm not rich.

So are these my best choices? And if so which one? If you have one better to suggest please do!

also why would you run 2 gtx 960s in sli
that would be worse than just running 1 gtx 970
it would also cost less to get a single 970

I don't have the money at this time, my current graphics card is on it's last legs, and I need a graphics card for when I have to get back to Inventor CAD modeling in the next few weeks.

But otherwise I'll check out the MSI product line.

EDIT: MSI is out of the question: $239.99 on SALE & 10.52 inches.

there are other avenues by which to acquire small amounts of money, like parents
then again he is 1000 years old, i dunno if his parents are still alive

It's dimensions are wrong, I read a support thing and it's 9.5" � 4.376" not 11.5" approx.

(9.7") It may or may not, but it was hard getting a metal ruler in a tiny ass case, so it COULD work
