Red friend congo would like into Warsaw Pact, red friends.
The ruling party of the Congo begins pushing for an African Socialist governmental revision under the name Sosialisimɛ, and begins spreading out propaganda to its own populace, which supports the ideals of Black Power, with heavy incorporation of the African identity. The revision details a creation of a one-party system under the leadership of the New Congolese African Association, the institutionalization of social, economic, and political equality through the creation of a central democracy; the abolition of discrimination based on ascribed status; and the nationalization of the economy's key sectors, the fostering of Congolese self-reliance through two dimensions: the transformation of economic and cultural attitudes. Economically, everyone would work for both the group and for him/herself; culturally, Tanzanians must learn to free themselves from dependence on European powers, and with much more.
Essentially, the Congo's own form of the only recently budding Ujamaa system in Tanzania, but leaning to be more productive to allow economic growth, even if slow.
