The United States Navy in the West begins moving their main strength from the more-central Pacific to the more North-Central, to search for & destroy/perform interceptions onto incoming naval craft from the Soviet Union, along with a lighter naval force along the East coast. Submarines are also used to begin raiding Soviet supply ships along the way of the Aleutian Islands and Bering Sea. In the meantime, the ground forces of the Alaskan National Guard conduct strikes/attacks onto Soviet AA positions. The airforce continues acting out interception/superiority missions along the Alaskan coast and inland.

Escorted Lockheed C-5 Galaxies begin being used by the airforce to paradrop, as well as the F-5 Freedom Fighter, CH-53 & UH-60 Blackhawk transport helicopters, and the fighter-bombers F-111 Aardvark, being granted to the Alaskan National Guard for deployment. Another portion of the US Military is also on a rush to reinforce the Alaskan National Guard. In the case the battling in Alaska results in a victory, a majority of the resources granted to the Alaskan National Guard (or at least whatever is left of them) is to be prepared to be given back to the main army. The West Coast is also put onto a higher alert. Some Clevite MCLOS weapons are also granted to the Alaskan National Guard, however they're not in a great quantity. In battle, however, the Alaskan National Guard utilizes their knowledge of the lands they fight in, being not just another piece of land to defend, but also their own homes.
