Switzerland requests to be allowed to send humanitarian aid to both West and East Germany, consent is requested by both parties, of course. This will be in the form of donations submitted by Western countries, for West Germany, and for East Germany, non-alligned/red nations + Swiss donations, such as clothing and food,for the unfortunate, not the governments themselves.

The IFRC and the ICRC has seemingly resolved their differences and have decided to merge into one entity with two sub-divisions named IFRC and ICRC, wherein the larger entity is now the "Internationial Humanitarian Red Cross and Cresent Organization", aka the IHRC  *cough*.

Speaking of which, the Geneva Convention will be hosted soon, and it will hope to modernize/extend the first 3 conventions and will include a 4th convention, aiming to provide light to the Protection of Civilian Persons/Non-Combatants in Time of War.

The Earth Convention will be hosted in the same building and as a small booth with dank memes and star wars refences in a dark corner since no one cares.
