I have five tests this week and the semester ends this friday. I've slept a total of 3 hours since last friday. I am feeling like stuff and tired as forget but I can't fall asleep even with sleeping pills. What do?

Drink warm milk, do exercise, and other stuff to tire you out.
Or do something that bores yourself asleep.



No wonder, your mind is probably restless from all the stuff you were supposed to do. You should bore yourself to sleep, or meditate. Do some simple crossword puzzles, or something mindless.

Drink bleach, I heard it's really helpful for sleeping.

Make sure you're rather more cold than hot. It makes it easier for the body to regulate temperature, decreasing anxiety.
