So, i was on gcrmarketing.com (its a great investment, check it out) then i saw a live support link, so i clicked it and it brought up a window showing the applications i can use for it, so i clicked on the skype icon, and thought it would run great, but it only proved to be skypeicon.exe, basically all i did was bind the skype logo to live support now i cant use the live support, please help, and thank you

no, i tried to set up live support on their website WITH skype, but only used skypeicon.exe, not skype.exe, so now i cant use the live support
