Prior Administration Experience (Required): Mostly my own server, but i can say i'm admin on skill4life's and legopepper's server. I can get a number of people to vouch for me though.
Why you want to be admin at my server: I'd like to contribute a level; if you don't need admin to do so, well, then I guess I don't really need admin. Other than that, while i'm on attempting the challenges myself, i'll just do general watching out for bad people and attempting to mediate conflicts before resorting to kicks/bans. If you don't need another general moderator, then i guess you can just deny me. I can also do some code debugging and possibly some basic mods for the server, though I bet you already have Armageddon helping you out.
Why I should pick you over (an)other applicant(s): Honestly I hate these kinds of questions, but probably due to experience moderating on my own server. I tend to be effective at preventing ingame drama from going out of control and avoiding the need for bans n stuff.

Why you want to be admin at my server: You may believe you are a very manly man, but I, as a manly man myself, can tell you that you are not. I shall come into your server and whip you into the shape of a very manly man, and teach you the ways of a true man. You shall learn the ancient skills of using the grill, lifting weights five times your weight, and the art of making macaroni and cheese. Once you learn the ways of a true man, I shall leave on a spirit journey in which I will die, then return to haunt you as you retake the tests of manhood after failing because I was never there to guide you.

Why I should pick you over (an)other applicant(s): All of the other contestants are little babies that know none of the skills a true manly man should know. Should I become admin, I shall whip the other contestants into the shape of true men.

Why you want to be admin at my server: I've seen this server achieve a great amount of players in previous days and I can tell that this server has potential to have great success in the near future. I can be someone who can deliver the needs of a host and for the server. I want to be apart of the team of admins who serve their time, dedication, and effort to keep the server in one piece. I can see that the server is in need of admins of which they can actually trust, and I know that I can be that guy.

Why I should pick you over (an)other applicant(s): I know that with my experience as an admin, you will like my administration qualities and will be able to put you're faith and trust into me at any time you will need it. I can also be a rolemodel to anyone who is visiting the server, so that if someone would like to achieve a rank such as admin, they can follow my steps of administrating and look up to me to when ever they need assistance. Since I have plenty of experience as an admin, I know how to take control of situations that are getting out of hand but also keeping the peace of the server alive. I act kindly and treat everyone on the server equally but I am also not afraid to put my foot down in situations that I need to. I dont admin like a tyrant and I also make myself fully aware that I am not above the server rules. I can event at decent level and can build with quality. I am also a very honest admin. I always admit my mistakes when I make them and I actually try to fix my mistakes. I know how to work and synergize with the other admins effectively and I can usually admin every night (I might not be availible for some nights each month). I can keep the fun in a server alive and I am able to benefit both the server and the host at any given time. I will deal with rulebreakers and people who are ruining peoples time on you're server. I also know that being an admin is so much more than just banning cheaters and rulebreakers, but rather being someone the host can actually trust, someone the other admins can like and be friends with, and help keep the server alive.


Also, I am aware that my history on the forums and somewhat ingame have not been at its best, and I am trying my best to make up for this. And I'm fully aware that this can hurt my chance of earning my spot on the admin team, but I want to be able to show you and you're server that I am no longer doing these bad habits and that I can be a promising admin.
