Looking for 32in 120hz(?) TV that isn't a Smart TV

I'm looking to buy a decent 32 inch tv for my dorm, but I can't really find a good one that isn't a smart tv. I was also thinking of getting one that has 120hz refresh rate, but I also would like to know if that is worth it for gaming with big screens. I've been looking at this one but in one part it says it's 1080p and another part it says it's 720p. Any thoughts on this one?

120hz refresh rate on televisions are almost always possible because of some method that i forget the name of but is spelled kind of like polarization
and it's basically motion smoothing

if you want true 120hz, get a 120hz monitor

consoles struggle to put out even 60 fps, with many games running at 30. You're not going to get anything from 120hz

I'd honestly say don't bother with gaming on a TV in the first place depending on what you're playing. TVs have a ton of input lag compared to regular monitors and that can throw off some gamers.

Well, it's mainly going to be used for console gaming and regular TV stuff. I still have my monitor for PC gaming.

Which works my reducing how much the image is processed, which would include disabling the 120hz interpolation, if he were to buy that.
