Why does Nicktoons exist if this is going to be exist

nicktoons only plays them at 2:00am to 6:00am (havent watched ntoons in a few years, they probably made it earlier or longer or just stopped)
the new channel will play all the old shows 24/7

I wonder how committed they will be to this. Because Boomerang just got rid of alot of the old shows, mainly the Hanna-Barbera ones.
