Yep! Let me explain my point of view on the story.
Basically I was in my Cadet Corps class and it was physical day, so we had to go outside and run a couple laps around the field. So I walk around the field with my buddy and there's 3 minutes left before we have to go in. Out of nowhere, we hear this helicopter coming closer to us, a white one with orange stripes. It sounded like it made gunshots and some kids started running. We started walking back to the locker room because we didn't know what it was. Then another round of shots, louder, were fired and hundreds of kids stampeded back to the locker room. The teachers were starting to slightly panic, but we were safe. For some reason, everyone went into the girls locker room instead of their proper gender, but it was understandable since everyone was panicking. Everyone was put into the multi-purpose room (for cafeteria, indoor p.e., etc.) I saw some kids praying and sitting in the corner simply petrified of what was going on. After a while, I figured out that the white and orange helicopter was the sherrif's helicopter, so there was really nothing to worry about (unless a shooter suddenly barged into where we were) and I explained it to some of my peers. Conveniently enough, the day of a black and white themed dance was today, but it wasn't canceled. I doubt a lot will go to it, though. Of course I was outside when this happened. Just my luck, I guess.
