The term you are looking for is ID discrimination.
Those semantics aside, though, it's pretty well-established that the forum will not accept ID discrimination as evidence anyways. Whenever it occurs, the forum usually shoots it down anyways or just gives the commenter no support or attention. With the way that the forum is handling it, it is essentially a non-issue. A bigger issue, however is in-game ID discrimination, which is far more rampant and untestable because opposing it can result in a ban from the server. If you want to bring forward a real issue, take an ID discrimination example case-by-case from the game, and it would best be supported if you made an attempt to fight it. In the grand scale of things, however, it's not a huge issue.
