Wow... he sounds just like any other ex-nerd / videogame developer :P (except for of course the one AC dev who was all australian or whatever)
And I honostly didn't knwo the version nine update was planned sence the initial release but it gives me comfort that it was because it is proof that it should be released pretty soon.
No offence , spaceguy, but I wanna use an events system that is more... how do you say... official?

Nothing he said gives any proof that v9 is going to be released soon.

It's funny how so many people discount the hard work Space Guy put into his Wrench Event System.  I have no idea how it stacks up, but something better always comes along eventually.  The Add-On does a wonderful job of preparing Blockland en masse as to the type of things possible with v9.  Even if it fades from existence with the release of v9, it was still worth it.
