Next week I get a 1 week holiday, and then the 10 week Term 4 starts.

Term 4 was supposed to be my last term of schooling ever, but I'm doing an extra term of college next year to wrap things up.

what the forget is a fall break
you mean like thanksgiving?

I've heard it referred to as Winter on TV, usually on British Programmes where they visit Australia.
Obviously they're just keeping it simple for dumb brits like me.

In Finland we have a fall break

I'm done with school so my "breaks" are a day or two off for some holidays, whatever vacation days I chose. We got to go home early the Friday before labor day, and I took the Friday before that off for a convention. My next planned days off is three days (Fri+Thurs+Mon) for another con, plus we'll probably get 2 days off each for Christmas and new years

So you get a week off in September, then a week off in October.

Do you get weeks off in December?

i consider this no class stint my fall break...we technically don't get a "fall" break but a few days off is good for me.

I get a 'reading week' sometime in october, which basically mirrors "Half-term" for schools.
I don't have any lessons during it, but am still on Campus (although could leave), and have work to do.

Then in December I get 2-3 weeks off for Christmas/New Years, and am back quite quick in January.
Then there's another reading week in February, then 2 weeks off in Easter, and then back for a month or two for exams. Probably finish around May/June.
