While your snake does not contain any bones, it can indeed be broken when it is erect. It even makes a loud "SNAP" just like an ordinary bone breaking, too.

Biologically, you can. You won't like the results at all though.

if you pull on your richard hard enough to make it seem "longer," it will eventually tear some tissue in the richard leaving you with a bent wang
