This is actually really cool to know someone's developing this with their spare time, using reverse engineering.

I want to see where this goes, it'd be interesting.

EDIT: Should mention this is mainly a developer-type thing. Good luck getting your copy of Halo: Reach to run on this thing.

really can't wait to see this thing further down the line. im really itching to play red dead redemption on pc

Bump.

Also to the people commenting on the "glitched footage", that's still AMAZING to see working, let alone playable (as in you can actually control it).

Sad thing is that this already has been making more progress than the barely existing Original Xbox emulators out at the moment.

That's what makes me really sad. The original Xbox emulators have not been developed in like months, maybe even years iirc.

Ive tried using Xenia before but I just cant figure out how to get it running

System Requirements: Windows 8.1+, OpenGL 4.5 (list), Intel Sandy Bridge or Haswell (AVX).
If xenia tells you your machine is not supported, it is not supported. Don't ask how to bypass the checks.

meet these requirements?

yeah I meet all the requiements, but after seeing that compatibility for Halo Wars was "crash" (according to the page), I just gave up
I am interested on how far this project will go though
