looks like a spot popped in your sleep and you rubbed it with your hand after some blood came out. Might have healed overnight too

it could've been a minor nosebleed, where it doesnt come rushing out and he just sort of smeared his hand across his nose, like it was an itch. or it couldve been what filipe said where he killed a mosquito

i think those are the two most likely scenarios
