Either way, while this is a thread you would put in drama, I do not see the entire need for it.
It's simple to see that he didn't really care for you ( Sorry to say that ), but you must move on from this.
If he has taken enough time to say those words to you, but then ban you, he obviously had no intent in becoming your friend again, but rather just to start up more conflict between the both of you, and create more problems then you need, especially if he blamed you with harassment even though you did not prompt him with harassment while you were in the server (Or as far as we can see from your provided screenshots).
So, this is mostly just a more personal problem than anything, and you are better off to just ignore him, and go your own ways. It is probably better off, because it seems as if he wishes to only start another conflict (I could be entirely wrong, so don't take this for granted).
Either way, you guys should simply avoid each other.
