an brick almost fell on my head once, from 30 meters height

i fell off a 3 story building when I was 12 and ended up breaking my arm

My grandpop almost died before my dad was born, if that counts.

He was sitting on the bench in a locker room, and he bent over to tie his shoe. One of the jocks though it would be hilarious to throw a javelin right over his head. It hit the wall behind him and was stuck there.

If he sat upright a second too early, he would possible at least be seriously injured.

if things from before u were born count then like basically every single thing was a near-death experience bc of the butterfly effect or whatever
like if that didn't happen you might not have ever been born anyway
