I just logged into my account, attempted to post in a thread, and this stuff appears. I didnt even post anything.

Does this happen to anyone else, or is it only for mobile users?

iirc everything you do is an action p much assigned to posting
so if you log in and post in a thread in a 20 second time span you get tht notification

it happens to literally everyone who tries to do two things within twenty seconds on this forum
replying to a thread is not the only thing that is considered a "posting"
I imagine anything that involves a POST request is. which includes logging in, sending a private message, AND replying to a thread even if it isn't successful. so if you get this error, then try again before 20 seconds have passed since trying, it'll start over
