i really like the theme of madness/insanity the dark side of the moon has.

Very few artists do this, and I guarantee you that next to zero mainstream artists do it. You're best off using a stereo to 5.1 converter. I'm sure there's some music player out there that has it built in.

5.1 conversion doesn't really exist. If it does, its pseudo-stereo-conversion. It would have to be originally mixed and panned this way to be true 5.1.
