Anybody remember Blockbuster

we used to have both a local blockbuster and video outlet
I remember the video outlet more just because it was cheaper and we went more. it closed sometime around 2007 because the last time i went there I remember there being posters for the simpsons movie. our blockbuster closed probably in 2008/09 just because no one went there. sadly there are no pictures of that one old video outlet so i'll never actually remember what it exactly looked like

Again it only just closed down more recently, it isn't some ancient relic of a store that closed down 10 years ago. Of course everybody remembers it. My family used to rent movies and games from them all the time.

the only thing that we really lost with blockbuster was renting games
TV and movies you can get from redbox or netflix or wherever really
but there's nowhere to go to just pick up a game, play it for a week, and then get another one
