From what your server has and what this version has it is missing:
Looking at bricks to build them
Not respawning while the sun is up
No warning for sunrise

The version running on my server is currently neither stable nor user-intuitive. Also, one of the features you listed isn't part of Solar Apocalypse to begin with.
