Android phone help pls

The top right hand corner of my phone is cracked. A lot of apps use this space for 'post photo/status/message'

Any apps I can download which can zoom in on the screen or give me the ability to pull it around? I've tried rotating my phone and some apps don't have a rotation thing. Also tried the triple tap feature on the phone and the zoom only zooms into the page rather than the header. Really getting annoying now.

there should be a way to edit where notifications come in. like bottom left corner or the right. its in setting somewhere

Nah this isn't for the notifications bar, this is for where you click a button on the app's header in the top right corner.
