Are Apology Threads Really Neccasary?

It feels like I have started these types of threads when I apologized about flaming Tezuni.

But, ever since then, I have seen about two or three pop up a week, almost all
Being moved to drama.

But are they really necassary? I don't think so.

yeah like some kids will realize their mistakes as they grow up and hope that an apology fixes things

most of the time it doesnt (cause as a community we doubt anyone's maturity), but their increased self-awareness and changes in their behavior slowly changes their bl public image if they stick around long enough.

its also why this is a bad forum to start out in, cause it encourages the wrong behavior and if said person never figures out what's wrong with this community then they retain poor habits/behavior patterns.

Also, this thread is completely unnecessary. Making a thread "is  _____ really necessary?" is completely stupid. Making a thread asking something like that, does not, and will not change anybody's opinion, especially the people that make the threads like you. I find it extremely ironic that you made this thread, after making an apology thread yourself. I don't want to jinx it,but I think you will somehow make an apology thread for making this thread.

Right. I thought making the apology thread was a good idea at the time, before I realized how spammy they were.
