individual board for videos

I don't know if this would go in General discussion or suggestions and requests but I think that videos and even youtube channels should have there own board instead of being in Gallery, in fact people either post their videos in Gallery or General discussion. If videos got there own board then it would be better and gallery is mostly used for builds, do you think that videos should get there own board?

I guess it's useful if people put [VIDEO] at the beginning of the topic title, in case you're only looking for builds.

I don't think a new board is required, but an agreed-upon tagging system would make finding things via Search more efficient.

I don't think it needs a separate board. If people are posting videos in the gallery they should at least put "video" in there somewhere in the topic.

Better yet, create a separate board dedicated solely to builds. It gets annoying when I go to see cool builds in Gallery and 90% of the posts are Blockland videos, dumb screenshots, comics, etc.

Think about it, the majority of topics in gallery that get more posts are the ones that share blockland builds or a shader mod. As through what I've seen video topics don't really get a lot of views I mean look:



in gallery it seems more people care about builds and screenshots than videos you can even notice that the video topics are at the bottom of the page. Video topics seem to get a few reply's and then people stop replying to them and they get lost. If we had a individual board for videos and channels then this wouldn't happen

same thing happens to almost all gallery topics

the main problem i think is that making a video worthy of it's own topic is a bit more difficult than making a build and posting screenshots and a save of it

unless you just wanted to make 5-second "look at this cool thing!" videos
