i saw her around a few times this evening, she just came in to toxic's server asking me where he was. wasn't able to respond to her though before toxic said "no advertising" and she left

edit: i did not notice a lag spike

whenever sugar joins my servers, the latency spikes (doesn't freeze, it isn't the file manifest regenerating) and stays spiked until she leaves (usually about 3-5 seconds after she joins). if she decides to stay, after that 3-5 second time gap the latency returns to normal.
its really strange
