Author Topic: High res and/or multi monitor  (Read 1216 times)

I have only ever played on my 1080 monitor.
Has anyone had experience with 1440, 4k, 3 monitor setups, ultra wides.
Stuff like that. I never hear discussion or ser pics of it.

How does blockland's notorious aliasing look on 2k+?

I've heard blockland only goes up to 1920x1080

That would be why then :(

Yeah, I tested BL on a 4K monitor, whatever Es it was, it would on show one fourths of the Blockland, so I was only ever to play it windowed.

No, you can use setRes(x, y); to set whatever resolution you want.

I think you can only go as high as your computer supports. I tried expanding further than my 1440x900 desktop, but it wouldn't let me go any higher.

no it only goes as high as your monitor can go
so if your monitor is 1440x900, it can only go up to that

MackTheHunter has done this.

Well I think it's safe to say that Nvidia Surround/Eyefinity/what have you works really well with Blockland. After using "setfov(140);", the field of view increases to let you see the entire viewspace and it looks great on surround mode. Not sure if you should include this into the game Badspot but a FOV adjustment function would be nice! :D

Here's my setup:

That looks amazing-ish!

Yeah I have a UHD 3840x2160 screen, it's pretty awesome but you gotta manually set the resolution to it since Blockland only goes up to 1920x1080
